I enjoyed my stay, especially the super cozy bed and the hot showers that were just perfect after a long day. The hotel offered a nice Italian restaurant and a relaxing lobby area where I could unwind. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped for moving around, but it was still a comfortable stay overall. 😊

Staying at the Mayfair Hotel was a good experience! Really good location near Times Square made exploring easy. My cozy Boutique Double room offered all the essentials, though the air conditioning was a tad stuffy at night.

Had a great time with friends here! The location is prime, being just a stone’s throw from Broadway and Central Park. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean. A heads up for future guests, rooms are a bit small, but perfect for crashing after a night out. I recommend catching a show and exploring the nearby parks!
We had some issues with the air conditioning – it was quite stuffy at night, which made sleeping tough.

Our family, including our dog, loved the location just steps from Broadway and Times Square. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities, and we appreciated the cleanliness. The charm of the building really added to our NYC experience.
My kids wished the elevator was bigger for our luggage.

Comfortable Base in the Heart of the Theater District
I enjoyed my stay for a night while catching shows nearby. The complimentary fitness pass was a nice perk, and the room furnishings felt modern. Watch out for the small elevators and bring earplugs for a better night's sleep in the busy city!

The location was superb, right in the heart of the theater district. The bed in the Boutique Double room was incredibly comfortable, making for peaceful nights. However, the state of cleanliness left much to be desired. the floor was dirty, and there were noticeable issues in the bathroom. Additionally, the room size felt cramped despite the decent layout. Lastly, I encountered a couple of cockroaches during my stay, which was quite off-putting.

would definitely go again
The Double Room had a fridge, TV, and great shower. An alarm clock and hairdryer. Nice to have a safety deposit box too. Was really clean, and the bathroom was well-kept. Awesome view of the busy street. but it was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. Great spa facilities nearby for a nice treat after exploring the city.

The location is what drew me to the Mayfair Hotel, and it didn't disappoint. Right near Times Square, everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. My room was clean, though a bit tight for space, especially since I didn't have side tables by the bed. The shower door didn't close completely, but I managed. The air conditioning worked well, which was great in the warm weather. The staff definitely made my stay memorable. Danielle at the front desk was amazing—very helpful and friendly. Coffee and hot water were always available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the room was smaller than I'd hoped, making it a bit cramped for two. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, with just a few minor hiccups that didn't overshadow the positives.
